Even at the finest setting its not fine enough and cant be used with a bottomless portafilter . I have kept it to use for filter coffee but have now bought a replacement Sage pro. **Q: Is there supposed to be a cup with it to collect for espresso as there’s a plastic handle included but no cup?** A: There is no cup. You use the the coffee handle on machine to place on the stand and you can dispense coffee straight in to it.hope this helps you. **Q: Can this be stored with the hopper removed, and if so what would the height be without the hopper?** A: Yes the hopper can be removed. 29cm with the hopper removed. 39cm with the hopper.
