                Preparation   - Soak overnight in water covering the beans then drain and rinse.  - Add fresh water and boil for one hour then drain and rinse.  - Soak in fresh salted water covering the beans for few days – changing the water once or twice a day – until the beans are no longer bitter.  - Taste and if still bitter soak again in fresh salted water.  - Store in lightly salted water.    Serving:   To serve as a snack, drain desired quantity of beans, sprinkle (to your taste) lemon juice, cumin powder and ground black or red pepper
