Gorilla Automotive is proud to announce our newest wheel lock, the Gorilla X2. Building on the 40 year history of our Original Gorilla lock, the X2 wheel lock was designed with ultimate wheel security in mind. Gorilla X2 Wheel Locks feature a hardened steel construction for security and durability. Patented Dual-Stage technology uses a free-spinning upper lock stage prevents the use of removal tools by protecting the lower stage for the ultimate in wheel security.

They are easy to use and last a very long time and the only maintenance is to torque them every time you fill up on gas or about once a week or so. These specific locking lugs have a spinner. It's going to be very difficult for a bad guy to remove these puppies. They are just a tad larger than stock chrome lugs and almost blend in unless you look closely. Design wise is great, the key actually goes very deep and has to be lined up perfectly and theres no chance of stripping it either because the thickness is there. The free-spinning exposed part of the lock makes it impossible to rotate the other half that’s actually making contact with the wheel. You can’t weld something to it or clamp it down to spin it, and there’s not enough room to fit anything over the other half that’s actually making contact with the wheel (which can vary depending on the wheel but is how it is in my case). The design and finish also helps it blend in with your average car lug nut so it doesn’t look like you even have a lock on there till you get up close. It sits ~.5cm taller than my others but that’s also not something you’d notice from a distance. **Q: Are the splines on the spinning portion of the lug nut a different pattern than the stationary portion that attaches to the stud?**
A: there are extra splines on the spinning section so that they all don't matchup to the inner section, had my honda accord sport parted in NYC for 2 1/2 months didn't notice any attempts on my wheels, i feel confident

**Q: Will it fit my 2015 hyundai genesis sedan?**
A: Angel, the 2015 Hyundai Genesis has factory wheel lugs with thread size M12x1.5.  Gorilla's web compatibility page shows product # 71631X as suitable for this lug size. So, yes, this item should work for you.  Good luck, Ken

A: No, it doesnt work, it depends on the kind of inches, that brand has other wheel locks for trucks, those are for a normal car

**Q: Fits to Honda Civic 2017?**
A: No, you need Ball Seat style for Honda's. This will fit, but it will not be 100% secure.

More vehicle owners should use these as they are anti theft deterrent and low profile. They are easy to use and last a very long time and the only maintenance is to torque them every time you fill up on gas or about once a week or so. These specific locking lugs have a spinner. It's going to be very difficult for a bad guy to remove these puppies. They are just a tad larger than stock chrome lugs and almost blend in unless you look closely. Design wise is great, the key actually goes very deep and has to be lined up perfectly and theres no chance of stripping it either because the thickness is there. I got these because I’ve used Gorilla locks in the past and trust the quality. The design is actually genius because it really does make it damn near impossible to remove without the key.
