My first one lasted a few months and randomly stopped working, I thought maybe it was a fluke and even though my husband said I shouldn't buy the same one again, it was the only one I've ever tried that could actually get the deep knots that other massagers don't help (I've tried A LOT of cushion massagers). My second one quit working after 2 weeks of having it. I ended up buying a different massager but it just was not the same. Not wanting to spend ANOTHER $50 on a third one of these, I emailed the company about getting it replaced under warranty, they acknowledged my email once but then never got back to me again -_- and now I'm afraid too much time has passed to get it replaced through Amazon or even through Prospera.
