They wouldn't stay attached to the bowlI finally ran the lids through the dishwasher, put them on the bowls while they were still warm and placed them lid down on the counter with a heavy wood cutting board placed on top of them.The lids seem to be working fine while I have them stored. We host a large Oktoberfest event in our backyard every September, this bowl is perfect for one of the traditional dips we serve which needs to be kept cool! It's just the right size, the outside acrylic bowl is attractive, plus it fits our "no glass" rule, since we have an inground pool. The lid will come in handy as I can make the dip & store it directly in the stainless steel inner bowl.
