The first time I used them was to hold a project up on the pointed tips while the stain dried and they worked perfectly. The rubber grips also really hold the wood in place and keep it from sliding around. For about $10, they are a very useful buy. Trust me if you’ve ever picked up a project you were working on only to find it was resting on a screw, nail, or something that scratched it you’ll know why these are worth it.
