The kept moving and hurt when trying to use them. The springs were to strong and didn't allow the knees to bend naturally which caused them to constantly slip and hurt while trying to use them.Overall it didn't flex naturally and hurt more trying to use the for support!!! It comes as a pair. Each has 2 adjustable straps above and below the knee that velcro in both directions to support against pulling. I am just having difficulty getting them tight enough to stay up, but loose enough to wear comfortably for an extended period. Hoping they will have a break-in period where they will adjust a bit?
