I found that it didn't offer enough resistance at the top end the previous forearm machine topped out at a higher level, therefore, I retunred the Marcy Wedge as being not suitable for my purposes. **Q: Does it make sense to buy 2 so both arms can be exercised simultaneously ? Thanks, Allan** A: I don't think so, because if you exercise one arm for a number of minutes you can switch off and do the other one allowing the first arm to rest. My son (age 17) does not think it has a strong enough resistance. Hope this helps. **Q: will this help with forearm splints?** A: The splints you get from doing heavy preacher curl, will not be helped by this. I never did find anything that actually helped with forearm splints. **Q: What is the weight range on the resistance?** A: No weight it tension ## Frequently Bought Together - Marcy Wrist and Forearm Developer/Strengthener - EAST MOUNT Twister Arm Exerciser - Adjustable 22-440lbs Hydraulic Power, Home Chest Expander, Shoulder Muscle Training Fitness Equipment, Arm Enhanced Exercise Strengthener. - FitBeast Grip Strengthener Forearm Strengthener Hand Grips Strengthener Kit - 5 Pack Adjustable Resistance --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/191976685-marcy-wrist-and-forearm-developer-strengthener-home-gym-gear-wedge](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/191976685-marcy-wrist-and-forearm-developer-strengthener-home-gym-gear-wedge) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
