This BB Organic Soybean Oil has a smooth texture to it and is absorbed readily into the skin. When first applied, it feels a little oily for an instant (because it is an oil), but that dissipates after it is absorbed into the skin. It has a slight scent to it...I can't describe it...but it is in no way offensive. I try to apply it twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. I use it in conjunction with other carrier oils as well. It really helps to keep the skin soft and moisturized. I believe consistent use of this and other carrier oils will benefit my skin in the long run. I have been using this oil for over a year. When I apply 4-5 drops directly to my face, it immediately gives my skin a beautiful glow, even better than the tallow products I love. In the long term, it evens out my skin tone and makes my skin really soft, definitely helps with fine lines, crepe-iness, etc. It has a light botanical scent. I love that there are no creepy chemicals in it. I'd choose this over any of the smelly commercial stuff. This oil + good sunscreen = winning combo.
