Review: Very Nice and Super Sharp - Be careful with these little guys! They are razor sharp! I almost want them a little more dull for safety. They cut through anything like butter and are a nice size for smaller foods like tomato etc. You do have to be extremely careful with them though and have a safe place to store them like a butcher block or container. You wouldn't want to thumb through your drawers with these in them.

Be careful with these little guys! They are razor sharp! I almost want them a little more dull for safety. They cut through anything like butter and are a nice size for smaller foods like tomato etc. You do have to be extremely careful with them though and have a safe place to store them like a butcher block or container. These Victorinox paring knives are some of the best I've ever owned. They are reasonable priced, sharp, durable! I've purchased them a couple of times but only because they disappeared from my kitchen! I would definitely buy them again if the same thing happened.
