Review: Good product! - This is a good product. Better than a lot of the more expensive alternatives. Ladies, definitely helps with cortisol belly and stress, helps you with normal sleep. I took it for a long time, liked the results and then had to stop taking for a while. Big mistake. Could not go to sleep,gained weight , stress levels up 20 points! Also like that its packaged in dark glass, not plastic. Definitely worth the price.
Review: Do you have hidden copper toxicity? - Great product. Himalaya supplements are always top quality and do what they say. I do recommend taking a deeper dive into your adrenal issue though. 3 years ago I suffered from adrenal fatigue (which isn't a medically recognized issue) due to a high stress/high activity lifestyle. One day I didn't feel like myself at work. I felt off. It only got worse from there. I couldn't leave bed for 3 days straight. I became numb to feelings and found myself very depressed and highly emotional for seemingly no reason at all. Saw tons of doctors and got every test in the book. They found nothing abnormal. Started taking Munuca and Ashwagandha which got me back on track. Fast forward to today and the same issue came back to bite me. I had just moved to Colorado and was having extreme fatigue and racing thoughts. Rounds and rounds of testing yielded nothing. I was prescribed xanax and the doctors said it is just an anxous time in life.....long story short I have adrenal fatigue BUT it is due to having copper toxicity. I am posting this to help anyone that thinks they have the same issue as modern medicine has failed me. I thought I was losing my mind. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smooths out a high-strung personality.

This product is great. I am a "high strung" person, and tend to freak out over minor things when I get overwhelmed with stress. I had been taking this for two weeks when I suddenly realized that I was in the middle of a very stressful day, but was somehow managing it ok when in a normal situation I'd be struggling to maintain my emotions! It was quite an eye opener and made me a true believer in the product. Since then I use it tonically - when I know a stressful period is coming up, I'll start up (such as the holidays), but will sometimes take breaks or lower the dose during restful times (my job is cyclical, so there are weeks of much less stress vs periods of intensity). This product is an "adaptogen" meaning that it helps your body perform at optimal levels while under stress. I wouldn't expect an immediate reaction with this product, as it takes time for your body to adapt to that level. It doesn't "make" your body do anything, but rather supports its ability to cope with stressful situations. Either way, I love this product - it's great being on an even level in times of hardship!
