**Q: What's the width measurements of each table from the widest to the tapered end. would the smaller table hold an item measuring 35cmx60cm? tia**
A: Hi, the tables mewasure:
large table = 100 cm x 50 cm (50cm being the widest point)
small table = 70cm x 35cm (35 cm being the widest point)
An item 35 x 60cm would fit but there would be no leeway at the widest point (35cm). Though the tables stand well and are balanced,  I don't think the table would take extreme weight. Enough for tea things, potted plant etc. but nothing really heavy.

**Q: Are the dark table tops solid wood as advertised or MDF as stated in the reviews?**
A: I only have the light colour, they are MDF but laminated in a wood effect.

**Q: Does it require any tools for assembly?**
A: You need just a screwdriver, this is to fix on the brackets for the legs.  Fittings are included and holes pre-marked.

**Q: Are the two tables placed inside a package?**
A: Yes, and you have to put the legs on.

The coffee table set are great quality and sizes. The parts were easy to assemble with simple instructions. The colour and shape are great and they are a perfect addition to our lounge. The price is more pricey, however you do receive what you paid!
