If you're wearing trainers or smaller shoes they lift your heel up so much so that they are somewhat half in and half out of the shoe. Boots it works fine though. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable and boosting - but mind which footwear you wear them with! *by M***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 March 2019* Bought these as I'm a tiny lady planning to cosplay as a much taller character in flat shoes. They certainly do their job in adding a little boost as well as being very comfortable if you've got high arches like me and can't wear flats easily. They're very light and bouncy.Main downside is they're not very suitable for shallow shoes as they push your foot up and out a fair bit. Boots however, especially if they're on the big side, are ideal for these. Also, I assumed you could have the option of just using the smaller layer by itself and while you *can*, it's ridged and not softly covered like the other one and isn't as comfortable so it may be better under a full insole or thick socks - just a heads up! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Back saver... *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 April 2019* I never even knew something like this existed until I had to search for something to increase my height on my right root to match the height of a moon boot I had to wear. Don't underestimate the heigyof a moon boot and the impact that has on your back. I started to get siactica and knew it was because I was walking unbalanced. I came across this product and I actually only needed the main inersole in the boots I was wearing. But it was good to have the other two increasers incase a different pair of shoes needed extra.
