Review: Excellent massage chair - I have tested quite a few massage chairs before I decided on this one, and this is definitely worth the investment. It is very sturdy and fully adjustable. It took me about 20 minutes to figure out how to open it when I got it, because I did not see the instruction leaflet included =p. Once open it is pretty self explanatory where to adjust. It actually is really light and the case that comes with it is cut at the bottom so the chair's wheels touch the ground when closed. The leg rests are actually angled slightly inward and are much more comfortable. The headrest lock feels quite sturdy too. I would say get accustomed to adjusting it at home before taking it out for events. The first like ten massages that I did, I spent like 5-10 minutes figuring out how to adjust it, and the locks are extremely tight so it takes a strong hand to unlock and lock them. The plus is that once you set them, they are not shifting anywhere during treatments lol.
Review: Once I've earned enough money, I'll add another one. - Even though the price is much higher now than it was 6years ago, this remains the only chair I’ve used that truly works well. Its quality and the angles it offers are unmatched by other products.

**Q: Does this package come with a carrying case?**

**Q: How high do the leg adjustments go? I dont want to bend so far to reach clients. It puts a lot of strain on my back.**
A: I’m 5’5”, and have the legs set to the second to lowest adjustment. There are 3 more leg adjustments, each an inch apart. You can also adjust the height of the seat, though that doesn’t change the height of the client by much.

**Q: What kind of padding does this chair have? How thick? High or low density? Are there accessories available?**

**Q: Is there a significant difference in comfort between the ergo ii and vortex? my clients are having a difficult time on the vortex.**

Even though the price is much higher now than it was 6years ago, this remains the only chair I’ve used that truly works well. Its quality and the angles it offers are unmatched by other products.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy and adjustable

I'm a tall therapist so I really appreciate the way you can move the base up for my comfort. I have used the chair already with a lot of different body types and with a little adjustments (there are about 4/5) each person has found a position that is really comfortable. It is also really easy to transport with the wheels and not heavy. Only thing that I'm not in love with are the side knobs that secure the headrest. I've already lost one and luckily my husband found it on the ground. I splurged on this chair after comparing it to others. I saw that it was very stable and it is much more comfortable than my cheapie $75 chair. It is an investment but it is also a tax deductible and can be used on a wider variety of bodies. Plus I feel at peace knowing it is a lot safer for my clients in comparison to a cheaper chair. Happy hunting to you!
