This is my favorite seasoning and even my picky kids like it too. The ingredients are so versatile that you can put it on anything. I've put it on steak, burgers, chicken, pork chops, eggs, noodles, salad, and probably other things that I don't remember. It doesn't have to be a greek or Mediterranean dish, this pairs well with many types of foods. It does have salt, but it is not overpowering at all, and don't let the msg scare you away; it used to have a bad rep but do your research and you'll find that it isn't quite bad for you as they make you believe. 10/10 i cant go without this seasoning
