A bit unusual in that the instructions show the light passing through the nail of the finger (index or middle). Not sure how much difference it makes.Shows oxygen saturation, pulse and PI %, do is very thorough.Delivery quick, and it comes with 2 batteries. Great for peace of mind, particularly if you have ailments affecting breathing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good device *by G*** on 20 April 2025* Bought this when I had a particularly bad bed ridden bout of COVID to monitor my oxygen levels. Comfortable and easy to read for piece of mind. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good enough *by L***Z on 19 November 2023* I like it and it feels sturdy.Accuracy I think is good enough. I have tested it against another one and they often sycn so I recon that proves it is reliable.However, sometimes it may take a few seconds for the oxygen level to read, often it shows low when you put it on and it takes a few seconds to come right, i think you just have to not get alarmed when you fist put it on if the oxygen levels readings are low. Once it picked them up it is steady, just seems a little slower than my other, but then on the other hand it seems a little faster at showing the pulse rate changes than my other. But the main thing is after a few seconds they both synchronise so I would say this is an accurate machine.The display is unusual compared to the other two I have had. Its ok, not quite sure whether i like it as much as the other two, but there is nothing wrong with the display its just different, being red and not 'full' in a way it nice to have a different type of display to compare. I guess it will be preference because its clear and bright, so no issues.Overall I like it and have no issues so far with it.
