Without the phone this mount rattles like crazy. If phone is mounted without the case it actually olds it pretty well but if you have an iPhone (mine is a regular 12) with a slim otter box case it is a struggle to get this mount to hold securely. I want to like this mount. The way it sits on the dash is nice except it blocks the door unlock button.
