And usually the fragrance was very strong. This pain cream is awesome. It heats up HOT, which is what I need for relief. It also reactivates by sunshine, heat, and sweat so you know it's there. I use it on my back and neck and I love it. I'll never use another brand! If you don't like hot pain cream, this is not the one for you. If you do, you will love this one.

A day later took a hot shower and ouch! On note, sponge falls off half way through so started buying just the cream.

A: Remove top by twisting it. I do not use this product any longer because after some time the soft top falls off before the product is gone and this makes its use far more difficult. I now use the products with roll on applicators, such as Rock Sauce.
