Purchased something else from Home Depot. Works on our acrylic shower great. **Q: Does it disinfect surfaces?** A: Not certain that it does, considering this product is primarily used for cleaning and restoring tub's, as well as shower's. I would look to disinfectants such as Lysol or Clorox to do the job instead. Cheers! **Q: Is this safe on brush nickel shower faucets?** A: Yes it doesn’t hurt them. It is great for shower walls. Makes them look like new ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Item *by H***E on May 30, 2026* My cleaning person loved it, said it smelled great! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good shower cleaner. *by E***E on May 30, 2026* We recently had a Kohler walk in shower installed and I have used this product to clean the walls. Works great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works with a good amount of effort *by V***E on November 20, 2023* I have a very old acrylic shower that is difficult to clean if I let it go for too long. The soap scum builds up rapidly. I've used dishwashing detergent and a microfiber cloth and that works reasonably well, but it has been increasingly difficult to clean lately, so I thought I'd give this a try. First of all, it has a very strong smell. I would not use this without some ventilation (shower door open and bathroom fan running). The smell does dissipate after rinsing. Does it clean acrylic well? Yes! The top part of the shower was really easy to clean, but the bottom part where most of the soap scum accumulates, took quite a while to get clean. I had to scrub (with the microfiber cloth) quite a while and with quite a bit of effort (no simple spray and wipe). Was it worth it? Yes! My shower now looks practically brand new. It's important not to use cleaners that could damage the acrylic surface (and there are many out there that I would not trust to use on my shower) hence I thought to give this Kohler cleaner a try as they manufacture bathroom tubs and showers. It is a powerful cleaner, so I most likely will return to using the gentler option of the dishwashing detergent a few times in between these more vigorous cleanings; but yes, I do recommend this product for acrylic surfaces. ## Frequently Bought Together - Kohler K-EC23732-NA Tub and Shower Cleaner, Bathroom Cleaner, 28 FL Oz - KOHLER K-23725-NA Cast Iron Cleaner, For Kitchen and Bathroom, 8 oz Bottle, Nonabrasive Cream-based Cleaner --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/193258056-kohler-k-ec23732-na-tub-and-shower-cleaner-bathroom-cleaner](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/193258056-kohler-k-ec23732-na-tub-and-shower-cleaner-bathroom-cleaner) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
