These are ponchos that are as close to a raincoat that you can get.  You can still see through them a bit, but they aren't too bad, and they worked well for a program at our school.  Not a bad choice.

Easy and quick, a bit short in the sleeves for my 10 year old, but otherwise fine to use. We purchased it for her to walk around at camp in case of rain, and it worked out fine for her. I don’t know that I would hang it up after the week and reuse it, but it comes in a 2 pack so I will probably just keep the other one for another time. Maybe not a long-term raincoat by any means, but worked for our purpose.
