Obviously stings if you get it in your eyes but that's the same with all lash extension removal, even at the salon. Used it twice now and probably have a 5+ more uses left in the bottle - works on all types of professional lash glue.I apply with a cotton bud and leave for a couple of minutes, then with a clean cotton bud, start pushing down the lash extensions and continue until all have been removed.
