I like that it's easy to clean, especially because I drink a variety of liquids with it -- ranging from coffee and tea to juice.It does keep things hot/cold for good amount of time, but don't expect to put something hot in it at night and wake up with it still hot. It does well for it's size.Best thing is the cool factor. People are always asking me about it. Design is badass without being overly wild. (Wife wishes it came in pink though.)Only complaint is the 'breather hole' (for lack of a better technical term) is a little small, so it takes a little effort to drink from. Not free-flowing like a straw and cup. But this has a silver-lining.Liquids won't spill out of it easily. Very good for having it by the computer. You can accidentally knock it over, and barely a drop (if anything at all) will come out. As it turns out, good for my toddler to use as well, especially with the special coating that makes it non-slip. (Hmmm, new product idea?)Lastly, excellent customer service. I was really excited about it because it looked perfect for me and exactly like what I was looking for. So pre-buy I was really excited about the design, and the size was good enough, the price was amazing!!!!!!!!!! And it seemed pretty versatile. Post buy I have found some qualities that, obviously haven't made me dislike the cup, but made me give it four stars. I really wanna say that I think this is a great product and it actually had me researching insane laboratories to see if they had any other cool products. But I do think that this product could be expanded on so much and think that this company could do so much. And I really only encourage it because I wanna see more things from insane laboratories. Like additional sizes, colors. Initially the draw of the straw seem hard, but isn't bad. Removing the top when chilled (kept with lunch, chilled) can be difficult. Perhaps knurling the edge would help? Minor nits, really. Planning to get a couple more eventually. UPDATE: Did buy a couple more. Now I can have what I want, rather than what companies decide to put in a can, with my lunch.The ONLY issue I have with Insane Laboraties (or is it Amazon) is that I get an email after the purchase telling me a coupon code to use on Amazon, but I have ordered more twice now and the code is ignored as invalid.
