**Q: I've heard many positive things about these but what specifically does it actually do / help with? Will it help with sleep patterns or weight loss?**
A: We first came across this when our holistic vet gave them to our dog to support his immune system while homeopathic remedies dealt with an inter digital cyst that might have been cancerous.  My sister takes it to support her immune system as she has breast cancer.  Basically anytime your body needs help in healing something it’s worthwhile taking these. This last lot were taken by my husband to support the healing of an infection in his colon, which he gets from time to time.

**Q: What does grown on organic plant-base food-grade gluten-free substrate in Europe actual mean?**
A: It means:
It was physically grown in the EU
The matter it grew on contained no animal or fush products so no blood and bone meal mix
The matter it grew on confirms to EU law on organic products so no chemical fertilizers etc can be used
Gluten free means that no matter cobtaining gluten was used in the griwing so ni gluten molecules can have transferred into the oroduct makung it safe for coeliacs

**Q: As for the alcohol extraction. Does this mean the end product contains ethanol in it or is it just used as a means of extraction?**
A: Hello, Its just used in the extraction process and is then removed.

**Q: Are these European grown mushrooms also grown the traditional way on hard wood logs or sticks?**
A: Can you pull the capsules apart and put the powder in coffee?

No issues with the product what I needed it for didn’t really go away however it reduce it. I would recommend it as it really helped my little sister. I guess everybody’s body is different.
