It's ok to set up with one person but would be super easy with two. I tend to put it up and take it down by myself and it's very doable. I like the grey color. Danchel has great customer service! Let me start by saying that I found it easy to install and really enjoy having this awning on my truck camper. After breaking in a huge wind gust while setting up, my awning was destroyed. I was so sad as I really liked this awning. I sent pictures and explained the situation to Danchel, and they very quickly sent me a new one! Great service, and good product! I love the added shade and rain protection while truck camping. It takes a couple of times to get the set up just right, but once you set it up a couple of times, its a breeze. Recommend, especially if you are looking for a company that stands behind their product and has great customer service.
