As a big tea drinker, I have used several tea strainers in the past and this one stacks up with the best of them. Let me tell you what I like:- The great finish which makes a nice addition to the kitchen. I like the green lid which has a wonderful feel and a vibrant color- Clever design. The lid not only keeps the tea warm, but doubles up as a stand for the strainer once you’ve finished steeping the tea. This helps with containing the dreaded drips once you remove the steeper from the cup- Perfect size. It fits nicely in my range of cups and mugs.- Keeps the leafs where they should be! I drink a variety of teas, I like to mix it up and I find that the loose leaf tea stays in the strainer and does not find its way into the cup.- Easy to clean. I simply tip the content into the trash and run the strainer under some water.Like, I said, I’ve used several tea strainers in the past and I have found this one check’s all the right boxes.
