Starting as a mini crib, you can convert it into a mini daybed and twin-size bed (bed rails sold separately).Built of solid pinewood, the Violet attracts with a flowing and curvy design. Minimalist with a small footprint, it is ideal to make the most of small spaces or when you are co-sharing with your baby. You can choose from pleasant non-toxic, water based paint finishes and create a stylish space for your child.The Violet has a 3-position adjustable mattress height setting that you can adjust as your child grows. It comes with the regulatory 1” mattress pad. Choose a Dream On Me non-toxic, Greenguard Gold certified mini or portable crib mattress for a perfect fit. At Dream On Me we prioritize safety. Review: Nice little crib. - So, the plan (before our daughter was born) was to buy a SNOO and let our daughter sleep in our room for the first 6 months, then transition to her room in a full-size crib, but life has other plans. She has sleep apnea and has to be on oxygen and a pulse oximeter monitor at night, so she was going to have to stay in our room longer than 6 months, but she outgrew the SNOO. A full size crib wouldn't fit in our room, so this was our solution. It's a really nice little crib - especially for the price. It doesn't feel flimsy at all, very sturdy material and pretty easy to put together too. The color (espresso) looks good with our bedroom furniture and matches our Graco changing table (https://www.desertcart.com/Graco-Lauren-Changing-Table-Espresso/dp/B014A7MAYW?th=1). It has a few minor scratches, but not very noticeable. Funny thing is, it says you cannot use a mattress that is more than 2 inches thick - but I can't seem to find a mattress that is less than 3 inches thick, so that's what I ordered. It might be a typo, fair warning, the instructions are full of typos, which gave my husband and I had a few good laughs putting it together.

The crib is the right size for my 4 month old granddaughter. We keep it in our living room for now. It fits nicely and doesn't take up to much room. It is sturdy and my husbands said easy to put together. We got the espresso color and it is beautiful, rich looking. It looks great with the pink mesh and sheets. I'm so happy we got it, she was getting to heavy for the swing bed on the Pack and Play and now she is safe and she sleeps great in it. I almost didn't buy it because of some of the reviews but I'm glad I took a chance. It's perfect!!!
