The paint is thin but don’t let this fool you, don’t overload the brush and take your time to avoid splashes and don’t expect to save the brush either… I couldn’t find anything to clean it but it was worth the sacrifice of one brush. The finish is excellent, good deep black and not to glossy or matt. Very impressed so far, haven’t lit the stove yet so it remains to be seen how it copes with the heat. It seems to give a good matt finish and so far it has held upto the heat.
