Choosing A Size:• Small breasts (A-CC) use smaller devices, 1 & 2. Big breasts (EE-J) use larger devices, 3 & 4 
• Light body weight individuals use softer devices, SS & S, heavier users harder ones M & F 
• Women with good breast integrity and minimal discomfort use softer devices, those with highly modified, diseased and painful breasts use harder devices to give more protection to breast loading 
• Larger and firmer devices provide less loading, compression and displacement of the breast and more comfort. Use of a device which is too large or firm (over-prescription) will cause excessive thoracic loading and the user will report “too much ‘pressureâ€TM on their chest” which may be uncomfortable.
