Jenny Reeves Manley is able to articulate the gospel and doctrine of our Lord Jesus in a fresh way. She presents new insights into what we have learned about Jesus and challenges the reader with questions at the end of each chapter, which are excellent to stimulate further thought and discussion, whether reading as an individual or study group.I look forward to read the other Good Portion books on Scripture and God. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant! *by G***L on Reviewed in the United States on June 17, 2020* Well worth it: overflowing with wisdom; a joy to read! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Must Have Book *by R***K on Reviewed in the United States on May 18, 2020* The beautiful truths unpacked in this book refreshed my soul and pushed my heart to praise God for his amazing plan of salvation and redemption through the work of Christ for those who believe. While reading this book, I frequently found myself more in awe of who Jesus is and even more thankful for what He did for me. I found her careful questions convicting and her unpacking of God’s truth glorious, even bringing me to tears at several points. Readers of this book will know Christ better at the end. Jenny lays out biblical truth in a clear way that all readers will understand even if they don't have much prior theological knowledge. The thought provoking questions at the end of each chapter also make this book an excellent resource to study one on one or as a group. I highly recommend getting this book! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/194542355-the-good-portion-christ-delighting-in-the-doctrine-of-christ](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/194542355-the-good-portion-christ-delighting-in-the-doctrine-of-christ) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
