HOWEVER....in this bag, you receive the flavor of your choice and in my case, espresso wins hands down. The bottom of the jars always contain the rejected coffee flavored pieces - those less attractive to people in my office. I know why. Bali's best flavor is the espresso. It tastes rich like espresso and has a center-filled drop of liquid espresso. When you can't have a real cup, this is the next best thing. The latte flavored are a muted version of the espresso, and actually not too bad though I have never been sure of whether you get a center filled with "milk" or more mixture of cappucino. The coffee flavored though, are solid all through and are much stickier as well. I notice that the first two dissolve to a smooth finish, the coffee is the hardest of all, plus the stick. Also, this causes the coffee flavored candies to stick to its wrapper and is the god-awful most difficult candy to unwrap discretely. I have had to take a pair of scissors to them on more than one occasion. The other two unwrap perfectly with no candy residue or tearing and quickly. During a meeting this can be ultra important to those who don't want to get busted for snacking the longer the meeting goes!
