Review: Great book! - I have long been a Dan Chiras fan. Even had him serve as our keynote speaker while I was president of a building official's organization. This book continues the Chiras tradition of good research, presented in an easy to understand and implement fashion. It arrived just in time as we start the design of our greenhouse on our Western Colorado property. Many of the technologies he discusses will be employed in the project.
Review: Interesting book - I probably will never build a Chinese greenhouse, but it still was worth reading. I found it very interesting, no regrets.

I have long been a Dan Chiras fan. Even had him serve as our keynote speaker while I was president of a building official's organization. This book continues the Chiras tradition of good research, presented in an easy to understand and implement fashion. It arrived just in time as we start the design of our greenhouse on our Western Colorado property. Many of the technologies he discusses will be employed in the project.

So far it’s a good read, but pp 119-150 are upside down! Not a deal breaker but come on!!
