Review: Had to reload windows 10 - The elite pad 1000 g2 works as intended, I had to reload Windows 10 to make it update from my google/gmail account so it could download all my files/passwords and etc. Didn't need the medical case, used my case with the additional battery pack. unit came as marketed.
Review: Buy a different product - Do yourself a favor and buy something else. I'm sure this serves someone some kind of purpose, but it's caused me nothing but headaches.
