Way more comfy than steel toe boots, and love that it has a bit of feminine flair without overdoing it. However, where the steel toe is, I can feel the steel without any cushion every now and then, which means the padding just wiggles around a bit. They hold up very well, I wear these things 8+ hours a day in a metal fab. shop (basically if they were going to tear apart quickly, this is the perfect place for them to do so.) Wear thick socks.
