I suffer terribly from plantar fasciitis at to have such padding under the arch of my foot aggravated the condition. Besides the band doesn't stay in place. I tried putting a sock over it to stop it from moving. Worn once. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These are great arch supports. *by J***6 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 June 2021* These are great arch supports but could only give four for comfort as I find they can get a bit tight ankle end if you suffer from swollen feet. But so much better than full shoe inserts as they don't affect the sizing of shoes. They do stay in place and help a lot with foot pain, just wish ankle end was a bit wider or stretchier so I could wear for longer. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Didn't work for me. They didn't really work for me and I did try to persevere with them. I found that they slid out of place if worn in direct contact with the foot so I had to wear them over my socks.
