I'm 45.5" bust and 42" waist, the exact 5xl measurements. I expected it to lace tighter, but that was it's smallest size. It was pretty loose, even laced as tight as possible. trying 4 and 3 xl to see which fits best. Suggest estimating how much squeeze you want and can tolerate and size down accordingly. EDIT: I ended up being a 3xl with a 37" waist when laced.
