I'm not very keen on most herbal teas because they don't develop taste very quickly, but this one has a nice punchy taste before it gets cold. It gets a slight sweetness from the cinnamon which intensifies over time, but it's better to use a cup warmer if you like hot tea and want it to fully develop before it gets cold. Having said that, my son-in-law and one of my colleagues prefer to let it cool, as it's really refreshing cold as well. There's nothing artificial about it and it really is well a blended and unusual taste.
