I bought this video card last month in Mar...and just now getting around to installing. I was very leery when i ordered a NEW product and got a white box NON retail box. This is exactly why i only buy new). installed the card, downloaded the latest video card drivers and half way thru install the computer goes BLACK and crashes. The video card is a dud out of the box. Tried on 2 different computers same result. THIS CARD IS DEFECTIVE. It is past the return period now so AMZ will not allow me to return it, and i cannot contact the seller for a refund. Guess i am screwed on this one.
