Totally bend and wonky shape. It even has a pamphlet that explains that this is ok. You are supposed to fill it tight with towels and steam it to the shape you want. Super annoying in my opinion. I’m so annoyed I haven’t even decided if I’m going to keep it or not. I’ve never had a basket come like this with instructions that tell me to spend two days forming it to the desired shape.
