Delicate and strong at the same time. Smooth and creamy. The sugar content is just right. It is a little higher in price for some other good, organic brands but depending on the way it is produced and how it is processed, I have seen quality chocolates about the same price and they are not organic. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'd go to it more for an intriguing taste experience and to another flavor to satisfy a dessert craving *by K***H on May 25, 2015* I had a similar experience as the previous reviewer. There's a definite dryness in the aftertaste akin to alcohol and yet it's still sweeter in the beginning than I'd have guessed. The bourbon lives in here as an essence in the mouth more than a flavor on the tongue. I dig it.
