The legs themselves are height adjustable to 3 different settings which means it will grow with the children and should last a very long time. The counter top has a nice deep ridge running the circumference of the rim and the moulded plastic top is very thick yet light. I have no concerns around this unit breaking even with some fairly rough play. I have no doubt it will discolour given some time in the sun but for now the colour is strong, vibrant and eye catching.My youngest is almost 3 and of average height for his age and we found the middle setting to be spot on for him to play comfortably a little over waist height.I wish I had purchased sooner for my older children. I can’t fault it and would heartily recommend you buy one. The grey table looks more stylish and sleek compared to the black tuff trays so could be kept out. My photos show the table on its tallest setting; on the left is my son of 80cm (nearly 2) and my son of 105cm (3.5) and this height suits them both. There is plenty of room for them to both play together. My only criticism is that it’s a shame that it’s not deeper so that messy things like sand are more contained; I’d have happily paid slightly more for this. I am anticipating this to annoy me slightly but I do intend to get a messy matt for underneath during messy play.Edit: I have deducted a star because after one session of play with sand and scoops, this is how scratched the table is.
