The tablets were so large that I could not swallow them so the they have remained unused. Cutting the tablets proved unsuccessful because they were very hard and dense. In addition, the pieces were very uncomfortable to swallow.

I will not put my trust in or waste my money on any product from this Finest Nutrition brand ever again.
