This is the classic Thai pepper, in that beautiful classic tin. You can buy the pepper in bags, but these were purchased for special gifts, with the colorful, coveted tin which was not allowed to be exported from Thailand for a while. I was disappointed when they came shipped in a brown envelope, all dented up.
