Body measurements are on the flap. I have made this pattern and made the 2T for my granddaughter it ran big. **Q: What sizes are there?** A: 1/2 to 4 T are all included there is a separate cutting line for each size **Q: Does this cover 3 month and 4 girls?** A: It’s probably too big for 3 or 4 month olds.
