It did arrive with holes in the box and a piece of the plastic missing. As of now, it has not effected the function of the machine. I use it for about one hour 4 days a week. I was worried about the nouse level, but I have been on phone calls, asked for feedback and was told they couldnt hear it through my headset so YAY.
