Review: Really cute, well-made toy - I purchased this for my grandson - who is 2 years old and loves to play with his toy cars on one of those rugs with the roadways - These are nicely made with working lights that even flash before they change color - very realistic. They come with batteries already installed so a very good price as well. But I will point out that the lights also have an audio and it is not in English - I believe it's in Chinese. That is fine with me - my son teaches in China and I have another grandson who lives in China. I told this grandson they were from where his cousin lives. If the language is not an issue I would definitely recommend this toy. It's very well-made and super cute.
Review: Do not buy. - You press the button on this thing and it speaks in mandarin and then the lights flash and it makes a clicking noise and it briefly stops at 1 side green and the other side red and then it clicks some more and the lights flash and then it turns itself off. Every time you press the button you have that annoying voice speaking Chinese. It doesn't work like a traffic light at all. My grandson broke one of them within 2 hours of receiving it. All in all it's cheap and, did I mention, annoying?! Needless to say my grandson loves it because of the noise it makes and he gets a kick out of pressing the button and holding the stop light in front of my face.

Good size, bright colors...but it is speaking Japanese. The lights don't stay on , but blink rapidly. My Grandson likes them,but isn't using them with his construction set because "it doesn't look real" with the blinking.
