Nonetheless, these folks have managed to create blades that are freakishly sharp, remain sharp longer, sharpen more effectively with stone or steel, and simply endure. I've had these for almost a year, use them daily, and I've only had to recondition the edges on 2 of them in that time. For 13 bucks. I can buy a new set for half the price of having 1 of these knives professionally sharpened.
