It is a soothing cream. Whether it would clear eczema, I don't know. I ordered this cream in a desperate attempt at help. It is gresy when applied and takes quite a long time to sink into the skin, so you need to apply when you have about 10 minutes to spare. I found it took 3 or 4 consecutive applications to make any difference, but once you get on top of the original issue. It works well as a morning and night hand cream.
