I've had to teach store associates how a bra fits and what's the right size for me.There should be NO spillage! If there is... go UP a size.That middle part needs to fit RIGHT on your sternum. If not... it's too small.No boobage should be hanging under your bra!Before my breast reduction, I wore a French cut 38 DDD from Lane Bryant. VS never fit, no matter which type I tried...so I boycotted them and still do...lol. After my reduction, the shape of my breast changed slightly, the size drastically (at first) but currently I wear a 38D or a 40C. I L.O.V.E these bras and they fit perfectly! Just be sure to order the right size! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Pretty, supportive, firm band, sharp edges *by L***O on Reviewed in the United States on March 19, 2019* Sizing note - keep in mind this is in US sizes, meaning you may have to size up one or two cups for an equivalent if you are larger than DDD and used to UK sizing (which many bras available in the US use, so you may not even be aware that is what you've been buying). For example, I usually buy 36G in UK sizing, and originally ordered a 36H (because they didn't have 36I) and it was surprisingly tight in the band. Exchanged for 38H which fit well.Torn about whether to keep this bra. On the plus side, it is an balconette, and gives great support and more importantly, great shape without padding or lining, (for me the goal is a nice half-grapefruit shape) which is VERY difficult to find. It also keeps them front and center, doesn't smoosh them towards your armpits. It is also quite pretty and available in colors besides black-white-beige, thank the gods. Downside is that the edges are so sharp! The bottom band and the straps all have very hard edges which kind of cut into you when bending and moving. Maybe this would improve with wear and washing, but frankly I don't see myself reaching for this bra over others I have, simply because of the comfort factor.For others with full-on-top boobs, and frustrated that every great bra for our shape gets discontinued (looking at you, Freya Marvel... damn you) my new fave is the Bravissimo Lulu (UK sizing). They usually fit me and are always pretty.The fit in the Paramours is usually spot on for my body type. I have a small back and am small around the ribcage but large breasts and finding bras that are pretty and fit used to be a challenge. I return to the Paramour bras again and again because they fit and come in many different colors and styles—sometimes I can’t find my size as they are sold out but I keep trying! And, since I detest going to try on bras, I like that I can just go online and order them knowing how they’ll fit. I’ve had Victoria Secret bras that I paid as much as twice as much for that fell apart or were uncomfortable.The color and design is just as shown in the Amazon image. I have a pink and cream colored one that is similar to this and it’s one of my favorite bras.I do wish the straps were a little more comfortable.
