One of the two warmers in my original order did not work. I initiated a return, printed the labels only to get an email from Amazon saying no return was necessary and I would have a replacement sent, keep the originals. Was a Christmas gift, so certainly disappointed. One warmer flashed red/green when plugged in. Emails and calls never got me to anyone who could speak knowledgeably about the product and nothing even indicated a flashing red/green LED was even possible. I left both to charge as the manual indicated since flashing red/green is not described anywhere. After 4 hours on charge, one worked perfectly, one was just flashing red/green. Does not respond to holding button down. No troubleshooting. Manufacturer info given by Amazon is not really manufacturer. Email to manufacturer listed on box has not been answered. The second two arrived and worked perfectly. There are three settings and even the lowest keeps hands warm at the -7F temps we've had lately. One surface heats and the heating level is still comfortable next to skin. To close, it would have been better if the original set both worked, but mistakes do happen. Amazon's handling and the fact that the second pair work perfectly makes me a happy customer. ### ⭐ DON'T BUY - WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! *by K***U on February 27, 2017* Save your money, frustration and hands and just buy the disposable hand warmers for a few bucks! These ones won't last even two hours. One keeps going off and on during those few hours. As much as these things cost, I expected they'd last at least through a round of golf. They didn't make it through the 1st nine holes! The disposable ones last much longer and get much warmer than these, even if these are set on high! ### ⭐⭐⭐ So-So Product *by G***K on November 19, 2015* No problem with functionality. The heat production is less than hoped for, even on the high setting it's not much.
