I can tell you that what's shown as Absorbent Guard/Super with 4 out of 5 drops appears to be equivalent to Tena Model 750830 Level 3 Absorbent Protector/Super with 5 out of 8 drops. They both weigh 30grams, they are exactly the same size and thickness. There are some labeling differences on the product and package, but the form, fit, and time will tell, function of the two products are as close as you can make two separate products. I'll update if I notice a difference in wearability or capacity. But for me, this has alleviated continual challenge in sourcing what IMHO is the best mens guard available anywhere.
